Happy Valentine’s Day

Instead of the traditional, spread the ability to love & appreciate yourself just as you are, regardless of any negative opinions that might (but shouldn’t!) exist. 🌹💜

    1. Emma,
Like the rose you hold, you began small and tightly closed wrapped around yourself, like a fist, to protect the fragile petals that are YOU (and your true, inner beauty and self), and to defend yourself from the onslaught that is this disorder. But then, almost imperceptibly, in that slow unclebching, that excruciatingly painful opening, that massively difficult unfurling, there you were, here you are. You have done what seemed impossible and so fearsome – you opened yourself to yourself and others. And now the world stands in awe at the beauty that is you, Emma Clark, even if, many days, you are still struggling to see it for yourself. And, like the Rose, it does not close back upon itself. Instead, with the proper care and puris henna, it grows and becomes stronger as a whole body – a whole being, with bud after bud unfurling to bloom after bloom, beauty after beauty. I love you, Emma Clark. You are the Rose that will forever bloom.
